In short: no user accounts, no visitor statistics, no ad tags and no tracking cookies run on trans-cams.net. Below is every bit of processing that does happen.
1. Hosting and delivery
Pages are served by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which works for us as a processor. Delivering a page means handling technical request data: IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser and operating system details, which address was requested and at what moment. Cloudflare needs this for delivery, protection against abuse and short-term logs. We look at the location only while answering the request, to settle two questions: may the site open there at all, and does the notice on stricter age-verification laws need to appear? No profiles of visitors are built.
2. The age check
Flipping the age switch to "On" stores one entry in your browser's local storage. It is called tcs.switch and contains the word on with a time stamp; the Start buttons stay locked until it exists. The entry exists only so that the switch does not flip back on each new page. It never leaves your device, is not a cookie and is not transmitted to us. After 30 days the switch counts as off again and asks once more; clearing the site data for trans-cams.net in your browser deletes the entry sooner.
3. Messages through the support form
If you write to us via the support form, we store the category you chose, the message and an optional reply address. The record sits in a key-value database within this site's own Cloudflare account; no email provider or form service receives it. We use it only to deal with your request. It expires automatically after one year, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
4. The start switches and /cam
Each start switch on this site is a normal link to /cam on trans-cams.net. Behind that path sits a small Cloudflare function. It reads the User-Agent header for one purpose only, to label the visit as iphone, android or desktop, writes that label into the outgoing query string and answers with a 302 status that points your browser elsewhere. It keeps no record and sets no cookie. The redirect passes through the affiliate network CrakRevenue and ends at the trans section of Stripchat, a live-cam platform run by its own operator, not by us; from the moment you arrive there, Stripchat's privacy policy and terms govern your data. No script from CrakRevenue or Stripchat is embedded in any page here, and your browser contacts them only after you flip the age switch and choose start.
5. Partner links
The /cam link carries a referral code (our domain plus the device label), so CrakRevenue and Stripchat can credit us for a registration or a purchase, for which we may receive a commission. After you follow the link, the privacy policies of those companies apply. The partner programme reports aggregated totals to us and nothing that identifies an individual visitor.
6. Cookies and third-party requests
trans-cams.net places no cookies of its own. You will also find no analytics, no social plugins, no ad pixels and no fonts from outside servers here; the typeface is loaded from this domain.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you and receive a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use or object to it, and you may complain to a data protection authority. Residents of California can use the CCPA/CPRA rights to know and to delete; we neither sell nor share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and process no sensitive personal information. Exercising a right never changes how the site treats you. Send requests through the support form; replies follow within 45 days.
8. Under-18s
People under 18 should not use trans-cams.net, and data about minors is never collected on purpose. Should a minor have sent us a message, tell us and we erase it.
9. Revisions
When this policy changes, the review date at the top changes with it.
